Client : A sweet and feminine teen-ager
Event : Her 18th birthday party the Philippine way meaning formal debut party
Preferred Colors : Sunny and Bright with flowers
I had the privilege to see all her gowns she will be using on her party and luckily I was able to find and buy a pack of cardstock "charlotte" by Melissa Frances.
